Project Highlights: ※ Automatic workpiece loading/unloading ,realize EDM 24h unattended discharging, reduces labor costs and greatly improves production efficiency; ※ One pallet with multiple pieces : Up to 12 steel parts can be placed on one pallet; ※ Realize the EDM C-axis function: When the EDM is not equipped with the C-axis, the reference angle converted by robot rotate motion; ※ Operator load/unload the electrode on the material rack to avoid the influence of human factors on processing. |
