Operation Procedure: ※ Preparation: Pair the NC program with the raw workpiece by read/write the RFID tag; ※ Loading/Unloading:Put the paired workpieces into the AGV rack, and take away those finished. Project Highlights: ※ Form electrode/fixture assembly, CNC machining, CMM inspecting, automatic warehouse and logistics, EDM discharge, the whole process is automatically executed; ※ The automation of workshop are implemented year by year. CNC automation line for graphite was implemented in 2016, CMM and EDM automation line were in 2018, and warehouse automation and logistics automation were in 2019. After years of stable operation, finally turned into a fully automatic workshop by connecting each unit with AGVs; ※ 24h unattended processing, reduces labor costs and improves production efficiency; ※ Monitoring production data related, and can be exported in EXCEL form; ※ When system problem occurs, our engineer can maintain it remotely. |
